But Ill be goddamned, the majority have drunk beautifully. This bottle has definitely reached that pinot stage and probably will resonate most with those when enjoy mature Beaujolais. The cherry and spice of its youth has crossed over from baking to baked spice and so dried cherries have found their way into the tasting cherries but
