Part of a large study of layered art mediums, this is a digital jacquard weaving based off a digital ink jet print of "Raised Outline" hand woven weaving. The artist cut the digital ink jet print into strips, then rewove the strips into a new piece which she photographed and wove digitally. The original weaving that this digital jacquard weaving represents was expertly crafted with the rare Navajo weaving technique
