90-07: Determination of the Turbulent Lewis Number From Experimental Data forSome of the difficulties and anomalies encountered when computing separate heat and mass transfer coefficients from wet cooling tower fill test data are presented. The Lewis analogy, which has historically been used to relate the sensible and evaporative transfers, is examined in light of this data.
