Dirty Three All the Dirts Chardonnay 2025We are delighted with our Chardonnay. It shows all the characters that we think makes South Gippsland chardonnay special. This year we bottled a little bit later to build some palate richness and complexity. Bright stonefruit, white flowers, complexing oak, nougat and flint. A crisp, mineral and full mid palate finishes long and textured. A great drink now, but will also reward cellaring for at least 5 10 years.
