In 1975, Jean Pierre Ellevin and his wife began to develop the family domaine in Chablis; in 2003, their son Alexandre joined the estate, continuing the family tradition. The domaine covers 16 hectares, planted exclusively with Chardonnay, and is located in the northern part of Burgundy, where the cool climate and limestone soils produce
