Arianna Occhipinti - SP68 Rosso - 2024Sicily, Italy herbs raspberry cherry A blend of 70% frappato & 30% nero d'avola that have been co fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 8 months in concrete vats. The aging vessel brings in beautiful texture and mouthfeel that highlights the bright red cherry, raspberry and red summer fruits. It is savoury with mediterranean scrub and fine tannins with a hint of saltiness. The cuvee gets it's name from the road that leads to the vineyard.
