London Architectural Layers 2London is known for its skyline, punctuated by all sort of towers, bridges, the Eye. I was drawn to the patterns at the neighborhood scale: a small portico marking the front door, windows, dormers, chimneys and tops a sea of chimney tops! I made the ink drawing while visiting one of my best friends in London in 2004. I used watercolor to enliven and re interpret the drawing here, in December 2022.
